We understand that life can be unpredictable, but to respect the time of both our practitioners and other patients, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-show appointments will also result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in restrictions on future bookings.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely, high-quality care for all our patients.
To book an appointment at Meridian Aesthetics we do require a $50 deposit.
This deposit can be refunded with 48hrs notice of cancellation. If rescheduling your appointment within 48hrs of the appointment time, the deposit will be redeemed and a new deposit will need to be placed to secure a new time.
Gift vouchers can be used as a deposit for the appointment, however, if a cancellation or reschedule occurs within a 48hr period, this gift voucher will be redeemed. Please get in touch with us if you wish to use your gift voucher as a deposit on an appointment.
We understand this can happen from time to time. We will always try to perform your treatment in remaining time however we will never agree to rush a treatment which requires the full amount of treatment time. Out of respect to the patients following your appointment and our desire to run on time for all appointments we may need to modify or reschedule your treatment. There will be no discount on a modified treatment.
We provide both physical and E-vouchers to use at either of our clinics.
Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date. They are non-refundable but can be used on injectable services at both clinics as well as product and skin treatments at our Yarrabilba clinic
Estimated shipping time within Australia is 2–5 business days, with deliveries to WA and regional areas taking approximately 5–10 business days. Please note that processing your order may take 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order.
Click and collect is currently available from our Yarrabilba clinic. To arrange this, please contact us directly on 0481 264 770.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on opened skincare items. If you’ve changed your mind and the product remains unopened, please contact us on 0481 264 770 to discuss your options.
Our skincare range is of premium quality, but if you believe your product is faulty, please get in touch and we’ll work with our suppliers to arrange an exchange where appropriate.
