Nurse Jess has been delivering advanced cosmetic treatments for over 9 years across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Holding a Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing, she is deeply passionate about her craft and brings an artistic eye to every treatment. Jess loves working closely with each patient to enhance their natural features and help them feel confident in their own skin.
Continual learning is at the core of Jess’s practice—she regularly attends industry workshops and conferences to refine her skills and stay at the forefront of aesthetic care. For her, this work is more than a profession—it’s a calling. Jess has also worked as an educator in the field, mentoring and training the next generation of cosmetic nurses.
Outside of the clinic, she’s a devoted wife and mum to her two beautiful children, Grace and Noah. She enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family on their property.

Nurse Shayna graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2014 and has spent the majority of her career working in women’s health across a variety of roles. Through this experience, she has supported women through many stages of life—an insight that now fuels her passion for helping patients feel confident and prioritise self-care during their time in clinic.
In late 2024, Shayna made the exciting transition into the aesthetic space, joining the team at Meridian Aesthetics in January under the guidance of Nurse Jess. She brings a warm, empathetic approach to her care, combining clinical knowledge with a genuine desire to help each patient feel their best.
Outside of work, Shayna is a proud (and busy!) boy mum. She’s not one to sit still for long—you’ll usually find her reorganising something (in a constant quest to keep the house looking like no one actually lives in it), practicing Pilates, or out on the golf course when time allows.

Nurse Dannii is a warm, friendly, and compassionate member of the Meridian Aesthetics team. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Griffith University and brings over 12 years of experience in general surgical and peri-operative care. For the past 18 months, Dannii has been part of the Meridian team, where she has further developed her skills under the guidance of Nurse Jess.
Dannii is passionate about delivering thoughtful, personalised care. She takes the time to provide comprehensive assessments, working collaboratively with her patients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their aesthetic goals.
With a holistic, multi-modal approach, Dannii empowers each patient to feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin. Her background in photography gives her a creative and detail-oriented perspective—qualities that naturally complement her aesthetic work.
Outside the clinic, Dannii is a busy mum of three, an avid horse lover, and a fan of authors Maggie Alderson and Colleen Hoover. She’s also obsessed with healthy, glowing skin and swears by her go-to products: the Aspect Dr Redless, AHA/BHA Cleanser, and Physical Sunscreen.
